La Cesenate was established in Cesena in 1949, when an ancient family of pharmacists joined forces with a family of land owners.
This is why the company is instinctively respectful of the land and farmers, with an intrinsic vocation for clean farming.
Production has always been natural and organic, even before the introduction and recognition of organic certifications.
The story begins with the production of fruit preserves and it continues with a specialisation in the production of tomatoes, vegetable preserves and fruit purées for infants.
Today La Cesenate is Italy’s leading organic fruit producer and is the
majority shareholder of Alce Nero, a leading brand on the Organic market.
