Nothing other than Italian tomatoes, ripened to perfection and processed within medium 6-8 hours from harvest, for unaltered freshness and nutritional properties, in a range of conventional and organic products.

Double concentrated tomato paste:

obtained from tomatoes concentrated up to 28-30 °Bx. Available in 220 kg aseptic drums.

Semi-concentrated tomato paste:

obtained from tomatoes concentrated up to around 12°Bx. Available in 220 kg aseptic drums.

Diced tomato:

tomato pulp obtained from fresh and mature tomatoes. Available in 220 kg aseptic drums.

Tomato purée:

0.5 mm fine tomato purée obtained from fresh and mature tomatoes.
Available in 25 ton tanks, as well as 220 kg and 1000 kg aseptic drums.

Rustic tomato purée:

3-5 mm coarse tomato purée obtained from fresh and mature tomatoes.
Available in 25 ton tanks and 220 kg aseptic drums.

Tomato juice:

available in 25 ton tanks and 220 kg aseptic drums.
