Classic specialities of Italian tradition, prepared with culinary skill and selected ingredients. Like Bolognese sauce, with minced beef cooked at a low temperature with finely chopped onion, carrot and celery. Or genovese pesto, with Italian basil, PDO Parmigiano Reggiano and extra virgin olive oil.

ALL’ARRABBIATA SAUCE:

tomato (tomato purée, tomato pulp, tomato paste), water, oil, extra virgin olive oil, brown sugar, salt, parsley, garlic, chilli pepper.

BOLOGNESE SAUCE:

tomato pulp, vegetables (carrots, onion, celery), tomato paste, minced beef, sunflower oil, salt, sugar, aromatic spices (garlic, pepper).
Available in 3 kg tins.

VEGETABLE SAUCE:

tomato pulp, yellow pepper, carrot, onion, courgettes, tomato purée, mushrooms, sunflower oil, sugar, salt, white wine.
Available in 2 kg tins

SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE:

vegetables (tomato, carrots, onion, bamboo shoots, red pepper, green pepper, celery), sugar, vinegar, modified starch, pineapple, tomato paste, salt, white wine, aroma, condiment. Available in 2 kg tins

GENOESE PESTO:

preparation containing basil, sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil, cashew nuts, PDO Parmigiano Reggiano, pecorino, salt, pine nuts, garlic.

RED PESTO WITH DRIED TOMATOES:

Dried rehydrated tomatoes, tomato pulp, sunflower oil, tomato paste, EVO oil, apple cider vinegar, pepper and chilli pepper.
