Chopped apple is obtained from fruit which has been peeled, cored, washed and carefully sorted optically and manually. Then it is chopped and water or syrup are added. Product made from washed, dried plums, put into tins with syrup and heat-treated. The colour is a shiny and dark purple. Smell and taste are typical of dried prunes with a deep reaching sweetness.
