The combination of innovation and tradition gives rise to La Cesenate

A modern factory and plants, innovative processes and machinery for quick work on the raw materials: these characterise production at La Cesenate, a company able to meet the need for high-quality bottled and canned foodstuffs in Italy and abroad. Attention to the product begins at the cultivation stage, on the most fertile lands in Italy. It continues through every single working phase to guarantee the highest standards in quality. With an ever-increasing turnover and an ever-growing share of the market, production at La Cesenate has, today, become a reference point for the food sector.

The production process

The production processes at La Cesenate  are aimed at preserving the natural quality of fruit and vegetables, through the use of advanced technology. To this end the production process uses high and low temperatures, rather than chemicals. The high level of automation reached means that large quantities of fruit and vegetables can be treated in a very short space of time, and consequently, their freshness maintained.

Technology and freshness together naturally

The technology applied to the production processes in a food producing company safeguards the organic and nutritional properties of the raw materials, preserving all their quality. For this reason La Cesenate has always invested in innovative technology, in the interests of quality and for the health of consumers. From the choice of materials to the design project of the plant, from the computer software to the treatment devices, every single step in production uses the best technology currently available.

New products

La Cesenate has a research laboratory that develops new recipes and products of high quality. We are now preparing a new line of fruit juices prepared with south american fruits (from acerola to papaya including guayaba and açaì) that contain antioxidant polyphenols.
