In 1949, the agronomist Luigi Rossi founded La Cesenate Conserve Alimentari, in the heart of Romagna, the perfect agricultural area due to the soil quality, weather conditions and the skills of the workers. High quality agricultural produce from Romagna is famous throughout all the world.
Over the 60 year period from its foundation to the present day, La Cesenate has grown from a small family business into an economically solid enterprise.
