The completely automatic work cycle is as follows:

· Feeding,
· direction of the fruit,
· peeling,
· coring
· slicing into segments and removal of pips,
· slicing into chunks or slicing into rounds.


The technical solutions adopted for the peeling machine have led to a high quality product, which retains intact all the characteristics of the fruit (smell, colour and flavour), which is not the case with chemical peeling.
