In 2002 La Cesenate's agricultural companies have achieved an important goal: they have been certificated as organic cultivars producers. So it is now officialized that - besides the traditional activity coming from its collaboration with external suppliers - about one hundred hectares of La Cesenate's farmland, or of its partners', originate wholly organic products or, at least, they are in a phase of conversion to organic agriculture. This is a fundamental achievement, got after years of deepened studies and strict controls.
