Description
Made from ripe tomatoes, peeled, chopped and coarsely puréed.
Colour, smell and taste.
Typical of fresh ripe tomatoes, dark areas having been eliminated, and without any strange smells.
Physical and chemical specifications*
- Bx: 7-11
- Ph: from 3.9 to 4.45
- Drained: 65-70%
- Acidity: from 0.5 to 0.88.
Ingredients
A mixture of oil, salt, sugar and vegetables are added to the puréed tomatoes. These ingredients are varied to meet the specific needs of the customer.
Packaging
In tins containing 0.4 - 0.8 - 2 - 2.5 - 4.150 - 4.450 Kg ; or in sterile bags containing 200/300 kg. 
* Foodstuffs produced in this way can be adapted to the various needs of the customer.
